Exclusively designed themes, five dollar a year

Well, maybe I am late to announce this but here’s the news anyways. Few days back, a good friend Small Potato announced Five Dollar Themes Club. When I first came to know about this, practically I was speechless. For few minutes, I had the feeling like “this is the end of newly emerging premium themes business”. But anyways, here’s the detail of the Small Potato’s five dollar theme club.

Upon reading the title, the first impression a person gets is “what could you get for things as this cheap?, you will not have support & quality.” But he proves it all wrong. I have personally seen his SEO friendly, clean, sematic coding techniques in his premium themes. As for the design, he doesn’t have anything to prove when you look at the themes he have released so far.

Back to themes club, for five dollars a year he is offering at least 12 exclusively designed wordpress themes along with support at his website forum.  Not only that, the most interesting thing is, you could even remove credit link from the footer. Not only that, he also have planned to introduce themes from other designers as well in order to bring variation in design skills while maintaining good quality. What more one could ask?

Conclusion: Go for it :). While there is magazine or news themes popping out now and then, not every user actually require it. Joining this club, you get themes that could be easily priced at $50 each. you get exclusive themes that not everybody get to use. Ofcourse, there might be other peoples but being a paid theme, not everybody will jump in.  But as he mentioned in one of his posts.. he is shaking the premium themes market for sure.
